BookShadi acts as a platform connecting users with independent vendors. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of services provided by vendors
• Vendor availability or cancellations
• Disputes between users and vendors
• Vendor compliance with local laws and regulations

BookShadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
