There are only two types of accounts supported by BookShadi. Business Account and User Account. You must have to create one in order to communicate with other parties.

Once you register with BookShadi as business account, you will get access to your personalised interactive calendar. you will get controls to quickly create your slots for coming days, weeks and months to show availability to potential customers


If I register as business, can I update all of my packages and details online?

Yes, you will be able to update unlimited number of packages and deals on your online portfolio, which customers will be able to see and book online easily.


Will I be able to talk live with customers

Yes, BookShadi provides a live websocket based messenger, where customers can directly message to businesses and vice versa without any delays or hassles


How long it will take for a business to on board and go online

It should take less than 30 minutes for any business to register online, update the slots and timings, add the packages and teams, and create the complete profile, which will be visible immediately to customers all over the Pakistan.


I have a marque, how can I assign my halls to specific events

You will be able to add the details i.e. names and capacity of your halls on your page, then whenever customers will send you an event request, you will be able to assign any of your hall to the event while accepting.


I am a Photographer, and I have multiple teams, who cover different events at the same time. How can I handle that?

When you will get register, you will be asked to update the details of your all teams. You can give unique names to your teams. Whenever you receive any request from customers for any event, you will be able to assign it right there with any of your team.
